The Training Edge was established in Atlanta in 1998. And we think it’s a positive sign that now — over 10 years later — we’ve grown into a thriving, dynamic total learning solutions provider.

We know that “one-size-fits-all” does not fit you. Getting results requires understanding and innovation. We help you assess where you are and compare that to where you want to be. We then work with you to create a plan to get you there.
We make a good team. We know you may not have the in-house expertise to implement all the pieces of the learning and development solution we create. We have the resources, talent and tools to help you execute the plan.
